Free Online 3GPP UMTS ASN.1 Messages Decoder

This online decoder allows decoding of ASN.1 encoded messages (PDU) of a UMTS WCDMA network. No ASN.1 syntaxes are required. Simply choose the ASN.1 interface you want to use and supply the data.
Available ASN.1 syntaxes are RRC (3GPP TS 25.331), RANAP (3GPP TS 25.413), RNSAP (3GPP TS 25.423), NBAP (3GPP TS 25.433), HNBAP (3GPP TS 25.469), RUA (3GPP TS 25.468) and PCAP (3GPP TS 25.453).
For LTE or other application domains please use another decoder on the right.

Supported ASN.1 encoded inputs are raw (binary) or hexadecimal format. The generated output is in XML format.


Decode from file upload

  1. Select an ASN.1 interface (*):

  2. Upload the ASN.1 encoded message (max. 500 KB). Only the first PDU from the file will be decoded.

  3. Specify the format of the input file:
    Binary
    Hexadecimal


Decode from direct input

  1. Select an ASN.1 interface (*):

  2. Copy below your hexadecimal encoding (max. 100 KB). Only the first PDU will be decoded.
